Why is it we expect the government to solve all the problems in the country ?
Why don't the people complaining, get off their lazy asses and do something for change.

Nothing gets solved by sitting back and complaining about it.
Take on an issue, and get involved to see the needed change.

Presently I am involved in two very important issues concerning California, and I am in their fighting for change.
Hopefully that change will come about, but if I just sat back and did nothing, change would NEVER happen.

You all have two choices, B***h, B***h,B***h and nothing changers, or get off you lazy ass, and work for change.

Bob.

Trump has attacked the city of Baltimore and now the state of California and if you live in a liberal town you will be next.

The truth is that in the US we have a corporate run government that enjoys socialism for the top money and capitalism for the working people. Under Trump the top 10% is paying little to no taxes at all while the working class is paying the freight to run the country. The elites, and Trump, are trying to shift the blame for this travesty from big money to the humble Hispanic immigrant simply trying to find a decent place to live and work. Trump isn't overlooking other groups either. Since Trump ran for office he has blamed blacks and muslims too. Do you think that immigrants, blacks, or muslims are the cause of your economic issues? Do you think these are the people who make the decisions to move factories overseas, or close a manufacturing plant, or simply not paying coal miners for their hard earned money? It is time to wake up and realize what has really happened to American jobs and it has nothing to do with minorities.

Trump belongs in the jailhouse and not the White House. The republicans who support Trump are guilty of the Trump's crimes as well as he is simply by remaining silent. Trump followers are a dwindling group and Trump is running scared. Trump will expand his attack on anything in the hopes he can gain support.
Trump is nothing more than an demented old man yelling, "get off my lawn."

It's horrible to think kids are growing up with this "role model".
If Trump loses in 2020, kids will learn doing and saying as Trump does doesn't pay. If he wins, then America will simply continue to advance further in a world of hate and resentment toward one another.

No, I doubt conservatives and liberals alike on here would want to hold up Oklahoma and Alabama as good places to live or how America should be like.

It is not intellectual to make an assertion without evidence.

What people think is 'presidential' is subjective and varies with how much they like the president.
The bolded is a tell that you've tailored what you think is Presidential to fit Trump.

No matter where a poster falls on the political spectrum, I haven't seen any poster change what he or she sees as Presidential relative to which President was being discussed.

I don't see any reason to believe a president pointing out a politician's district has a lot of problems is unpresidential if it is true.
Of course you don't, because you've indicated in other threads that you don't see 'punching down' as a valid concept.

You clearly think Trump's persuasive when he responds to these Democrats or you wouldn't complain about it.

If he's hurting himself, you should want more of it.
Nope.

No matter how I feel about any specific policy, and how any President views any specific policy, and no matter who is President, I think that the President should conduct him or herself in a manner that is Presidential, that doesn't involve 'punching down'.

Just because I don't like him doesn't mean that I want him do something that will hurt him politically.

He's the President and, IMO, if you love this country, then you want whoever is the President to be whatever you see as being the best President that he or she can be.....and you don't seem to be able to see that.

Nor do you seem to be able to see that someone can disagree with you or with Trump and not be a liberal.

Nor do you seem to be able to see that everything isn't 'Us vs. Them'.

So what? Many of the heavily Republican places in Oklahoma are in backward small towns on the decline for many years. Very few people would want to live there no matter how low the cost of living is.

Exactly.

He may not be the President that I wanted or vote for, but he still the President of the United States, which includes California, whether he likes that or not.

That is no way for a President to talk about his own People.
If he does not like Baltimore or California perhaps he should set about trying to fix them, instead of hating on them like
some sort of spoiled little child.

He claimed that we had so many problems, and yet only he could fix them.
He isn't even trying.

Trump has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, the only thing that he loves is himself.
CCL, if Trump truly thought that California had become that bad/had become that intolerable, then he wouldn't continue to own a golf club there that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

I didn't like it nor was it presidential when Hillary made the "deplorables" comment. This really isn't any different.

To hold that comment against Hillary and in the same turn do the same is inexcusable.

Our largest cities reside in some of the states that have the most opportunities and contribute most to the country in terms of federal tax dollars and business. A lot of those cities are Democratic leaning for a reason.

With that comes population that brings issues with logistics, crime, and social issues. It comes with the territory...

Top 50 largest cities are largely democratic ... they are areas that make the US competitive on a global scale... generate jobs and have high GDP. Much of the technology we use comes from companies headquartered in CA... yet you haters have no problem reaping the benefits as you post here...

Don't hate on the hand that feeds yah.
