Trump needs to look in the mirror. There's where the disgrace lies.

Mayor Yoga Pants wants more Fed money to help the homeless crisis he made worse. Developers paid bribes and kickbacks to put up lots of apartment blocks that are too expensive to rent. 15,000 units are empty.

Too bad so many Americans take so many of our most fundamental advantages for granted, to understand how California is the envy of not only the third world but the modern world too, including much of America. Advantages that lots of less fortunate people would "kill" to make possible for their family...
Yet, some Californians are tired of the costly situation in California and have been moving to Oklahoma of all places.

Yes California is probably the craziest, most left-wing state in the nation. However my opinion of it is still more positive than New Jersey or New York because California at least has a lot of tourist value and there's more to the state I still want to see like Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and Redwoods and I enjoyed visiting LA, Palm Springs, San Diego and San Francisco. New York only has NYC worth visiting while New Jersey has nothing worth visiting. Used to think Atlantic City was cool but its just a smaller, colder version of Biloxi-Gulfport-Bay St Louis.

hmmm, how clever. I wonder what definition you'd find Newsom's picture under?

in all fairness, Californians (I can say this because I am one) are also the whiniest, especially the northern coast. This phenomena could be a reason Berkeley is considered the place where movements start. There are too many irrational idealists, which in my humble opinion is where this homeless epidemic began.

The correct phrase is that California is a filthy, clogged, unflushed toilet to our country.

I haven't seen all of Taxifornia. But at least Los Angeles county is one expensive cesspool. I regret even wanting to live here.
Spoken by someone who can’t afford to live here...poor you

We have been here for 50 years...own two homes..and would never ever leave

Stay where you can afford to live..
