As I, I won't do a deal (sell/buy/trade) without having a bill of sale and if they don't have a CCP, then it won't happen......I put this in my ads on armslist.....

I don't know what the difference in your laws and our laws are?

You are just playing words now, or are you saying that if I buy a gun of arms list, you would consider that a "gun show" loophole?

How do you enforce person to person sales? AK garage sales. I'm not going to keep asking the question if you don't have an answer.

These people were LEGAL to purchase. No new ridiculous law would change that.
I don't have all the answers Angry. I think requiring a background check on every purchase is a step in the right direction. There will always be people willing to break the law no matter what it says but responsible gun owners won't be involved in any of it.

Why, are the racist loons going to continue killing innocent people until we impede brown people from getting in?

I'm just saying that it's easier just to show up at a gun show and walk around until you find a person willing to sell.

Question. How does your husband do a background check on the guns he is selling in a parking lot?

Responsible gun owners aren't the problem. People that aren't responsible are the ones doing straw purchases and avoiding a back ground check now. Another law aimed at the law abiding won't stop criminals.

I can buy an 80% lower with parts kit and have it shipped to my house, even if I was a felon.

I thought you were implying all sales must go through a dealer.

Symptoms will occur, whatever ones they be.

There is no "one problem" here. Finding ways to keep guns out of the hands of disturbed people is only part of it.
