Quit being obtuse. You are smarter than that.

There are dealers with an FFL and there are people selling guns to each other in their garage or from a car trunk. One you can regulate one you cannot. Would you like to rephrase it and ask it yet another time?

Some States even make it illegal to have a gun registry.

How many gun shows do yo have yearly? I'm in North Alabama, and we have maybe 3-5 a year.....unless you drive across the entire state just looking to buy/sell guns......then yea, there are more.....but come on, really...I sell/buy/trade far more off Armslist than at any gun show.....

He doesn't. Background checks are not required on person to person sale.

Unbelievable. This is a perfect psychological indicator of Trump being a complete sociopath, narcissist, and lacking any kind of empathy.

At some point even legislators had enough sense to know that isn't enforceable unless we want to trash a few amendments using tactics like stop and frisk.

THESE GUYS LEGALLY BOUGHT THEIR GUNS

It's a very sad state of affairs, I hope none of my loved one's become victims of this insanity. This appears to be the new norm who's going to get it next??? I"m smart enough to know some people are getting satisfaction out of this they think it will force other's to bend to their will!! Not going to happen these scum will end up crawling back into the holes they slithered out of by the time it's all said and done.

Like you said. Most gun owners follow the laws. It will make it harder for people to obtain a gun if the only ones that will sell them this way are criminals. Can you see this last guy (or any of these guys) sneaking around playing thug life trying to find a guy to sell him a gun without a background check?

Crazy. He is comfortable doing that? How can he sleep at night not knowing anything about the purchasers mental health and suitability to own a gun?

Could he be sued if the purchaser uses the gun to hurt someone? Does he carry liability insurance like a business does?

Sorry for the questions. Not a gun owner and my state makes it really hard to become one so I am not too knowledgeable about it.

So no, it will not make it harder. What you want is simply maybe, might, could, perhaps. Nothing quantifiable. I can have an 80% kit sent to my house if all else failed.
