So true. One of the biggest problems I've been seeing is this automatic pairing of Conservative/White Supremacist in the minds of many Americans. It simply isn't the case. White Supremacists are few and far between, and they run the gambit as far as their political views/agendas.

The question to me, isn't whether he is one or the other, or both. The question to me is why the media picked a couple of lines, associated with Trump and the Republicans then never highlighted one bit of the other stuff? No wonder so few people trust the press anymore.

However, I also will admit when "my" side is wrong. Trump did not provoke the attack in El Paso. He sure as heck is not to blame for the Dayton shooting. Sometimes there are just loony people who do crazy things. I think our gun laws should be looked at, but to use these tragedies as an opportunity to attack the president is wrong.
Obviously this shooter was not a right-wing, Trump supporter, but the media has reported it that way because they are 'fake news' and the left is running with it because they're desperate.
The truth is that not everyone is easily contained in ideological boxes. This guy appears to be an actual Nazi. Not a guy the left dislikes, so they call a Nazi, but an ACTUAL Nazi. A Progressive, Socialist, Racist.
He certainly sounds far more left-wing, than right-wing with his complaints about Hispanics impeding "ambitious social projects like Universal Health Care & the UBI (Universal Basic Income)", the "cost of college degrees having exploded", how "our lifestyle is destroying the environment of our country", "the decimation of the environment is creating a massive burden for future generations", "consumer culture is creating thousands of tons of unnecessary plastic waste", how "fresh water is being polluted by farming and oil drilling", urban sprawl, the use of paper towels and that our government won't act to stop these things.
There is no way to read this manifesto and say "this sounds like a Trump supporter".
You're absolutely correct. But the fake liberal media and trump hating dems are determined to try to spin it so it is anti trump. Just like they are silent on the Dayton shooter being a leftist that supports Warren.

Nobody is saying he provoked it, as if directly causing it. But it's easy to see how Trump's language could be an inspiration to the attack. Both the El Paso killer and President think migration at the southern border is an "invasion"...so they already have that in common. The killer used the term "fake news", which is Trump's language.

I think the left promotes and exploits the division far more than Trump. There was racial tension and racial hatred long before Trump and will be long after. Weren't the Ferguson and Baltimore riots long before Trump? I don't remember seeing Trump sitting in a church where the pastor condemned blacks, but I seem to remember Obama's preacher spewing anti white rhetoric. You may be a fine person, but I think you are miles off on Trump. He isn't the cause, he is the effect.
I didn't vote for the guy in the primary, and voted for him in the general election because my other choice was Hillary.
Does it matter? He won't kill again, and he will be executed in a few years. Each fruitcake is different, so knowing why he did it or thinking one does isn't a way to stop another lunatic.
