While I don't know to what degree you can measure Trump's racism, I do agree border security is important. Now how we do it (the way some of those kids get treated in those detention centers is horrid) is its own issue.

If one actually reads the manifesto, it's easy to see it's full of left-wing ideology.

Beto blaming this on Trump's racism starts the process of not getting anything done about gun violence this time either. I don't know what the answer is. But doing things the way we have been doing them obviously is not working. And one thing we as a nation do after every shooting is to go ahead and start placing blame before the dead are in the ground. Beto's rhetoric does not do a thing to cure what ills us.

Again, I have no answers. I freely admit that. But doing the same damn thing over and over gain is obviously failing

Well according to Beto Obama was responsible for killing five Dallas police officers and injuring nine others then. This is all so stupid, no one is responsible except for the shooters themselves.

Actually you fit the deplorable category perfectly with this comment. No need to read anything else you write... you are blinded by hate.

Manufacturing grievances for unhappy folks, stirring anger and fear among citizens and telling voters who to blame for that unhappiness, anger and fear is Donald Trump's MO. Claiming this murderer needed something upon which to obsess is exactly about focusing his rage to use your words. Trump's rhetoric and utilization of racism and xenophobia to garner votes and power provides focus and validation to those who seek superiority.

The President of the United States of America is handing Americans of differing ethnicities and color and religion over to other Americans as targets for the rage and hatred and fear he himself unabashedly sows.

It seems we live in a world where the distance between bigotry and bullets is miniscule.

He liked tweets that had the #BuildtheWall hashtag as well as “a photo using guns to spell out ‘Trump,’ and posts from Paul Joseph Watson, a far-right Youtuber who works with Alex Jones at InfoWars,” notes the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Trump said they're not their best people - and that's true. The educated and middle class are staying in Central American, and the semi-literate and impoverished are the ones flooding the borders with false claims of asylum. We already have nearly half the people in this country not paying taxes, and once the Democrats allow enough migrants here, and they have anchor babies, we will have a situation where the majority of people are net takers - voting to take money from the minority of self-supporting citizens paying taxes. And that will be the end of the Relublic (to paraphrase Jefferson).

This is just the beginning. It's the unfortunate reaction to a government that isn't securing our borders.

Agree. Leftists defend illegal aliens and condemn their fellow citizens who voted for Trump.

It is the #2 reason that Trump will win - the leftists' eagerness to show they care more about foreigners who break into our country than American citizens. (Number 1 is that the Progressive Democrats' country-destroying proposals will be rejected by all but the greedy ignorant and the liberal elitists.)

True, and Beto is encouraging it. Americans are opposed to illegal aliens coming here and refusing to learn English. So what does he do? He holds a press conference speaking Spanish so foreigners who won't learn the language can understand him - and American citizens don't know what he said.
