when are liberals gonna stop beating around the bush with "new" gun laws and call for restrictions on who can own weapons? Many of them would agree that's what's needed. Have a need for a weapon? Prove it, submit paperwork to the government and become licensed. No credible need for guns? You can't have one.

Uh, mass murders represent less then 1% of all homicides. 500+ murdered in Chicago annually. But the media loves a hot mass murder especially when the shooter is white.

What a pleasant thing to wake up to on an otherwise quiet Sunday morning, especially after hearing about a 20 person gun massacre in El Paso yesterday.
As someone said, maybe this gun ownership has become like an addiction for some. How come people in Vermont and New Hampshire own guns but don't have these mass murders? They have guns but I don't think they go swaggering around WEARING them on their bodies so they can kill people whenever they want to. They own a gun so that they can go hunting or, if they own a large amount of land, they could kill a wild, dangerous animal, not to show off.
