Well, I don't think a place like Texas has gun laws. They can carry guns around in public! Can you imagine going into a town and people are walking around with guns on them, as if it's 1775 and we are having a revolution? I cannot imagine going into a Walmart and being around people who think it's cool to wear guns.

Here in MA and CT, we have strict gun laws and we have two of the safest states. The main thing we'd worry about was someone from a gun addicted state coming here and shooting people. I am getting so fed up with these people that I just wish they would stay out of our states. Stay where they belong, back in the 1700s when we actually needed our own grassroots militia.

Sweet Jesus. Look around.

Assault rifles are not going to prevent a dictatorship.
A supposed master plan by the deep state and they find a willing person to hire who will either die or spend the rest of his life in maximum security prison. I wonder how the ad for that job would read.

Of course we have gun laws here. How silly to insinuate otherwise. I live here and have seen ONE person open carrying by the way in all these years - and it was way down in the desert near Big Bend. One person. You need a license to carry openly *or* concealed in this state. Maybe you should do five minutes of homework before making such an untruthful statement?

If you think Texans are running around lawlessly in cowboy hats with pistols holstered on our hips you really need a reality check.

As long as America has an unhealthy obsession with guns, tragedies like the two yesterday will continue to happen with frequency. It is the dark side of having so many guns that are easily accessible.

I've never felt more safe than in a grocery store in AZ where multiple people were carrying. Too bad that wasn't the same in that WM.

It takes someone with a gun to stop a shooter.

Two random internet photos of people wearing guns in public is supposed to invalidate my own personal experience?

Except those with gun in the El Paso Walmart ran instead of stopping the shooter. In other words, doesn't help.
