It appears as though Cummings made a mistake in focusing attention on his corrupt, rat infested district. IN spite of billions being invested in Baltimore, there are millions that have gone unaccounted for and have "0" on their ledgers.

Where has the money gone, Mr. Cummings?

Perhaps he should focus on his corrupt district a little more?

No need.

The majority of Larger Democrat led (especially minority) cities have had a large part their Mayors or City Councilmen end up doing jail time for corruption. It's even true here in Dallas.

Democrats don't want to fix their problems. It would cut off the Billions of slush funds that pour into their corrupt local politicians to buy off votes.

Becoming a Democrat Politician is like winning the Corruption lottery.
Just make sure you cover each others azz, don't be stupid and get caught.

How does this hyperbole negate the need for a quality source?

So if leftwing media doesn't report on it, it doesn't happen ? So predictable, head in the sand waiting for the thieves to turn themselves in and then leftwing still won't report on it !!!

...I cited Baltimore's Office of Budget and Management.

He could cite other places as well that are objective. My personal source of information is NPR, whatever government agency is working in the policy area or compiling a compendium of research from as many news outlets as possible to discern a truth from the noise.

...Your head is in the sand.

There’s a link in the article to the official audit website. Had you spent less time beating up the source and more time actually looking at the article you’d have seen that.

NPR is leftwing nut case media and like the rest of MSM the communication arm of the democrat party !!!

Consider getting a plex-a-glass window installed in your stomach so you can clearly see and notice how fast vision improves !!! Links and sources in articles might even become visible !!!

That would be an executive branch issue if I'm not mistaken. Cummings and congress vote for the money, the President's staff spends it (or doesn't).
