I assume you know a revolver is not a pistol. The gun fanatics will jump all over you for that. Just like if you call a magazine a clip.

Every time there is a "mass shooting", it gives the gun grabbers another opportunity to write new Unconstitutional Laws and another chance to take away the law abiding citizen's right to Self protection!

EDIT: the rest was TL;DR to quote...
Machine guns are restricted. And SCOTUS endorsed it.

SCOTUS did not overturn the machine gun restrictions. Any right is not unlimited.

It is unlimited until it infringes on you. My owning a fully automatic weapon has zero impact on you. The National Firearms Act of 1934 and the blatant disregard of a voice vote in passing the Hughes Amendment were both unconstitutional.

That since the adoption of the select fire M 14 in compliance with the 1934 law regulating full autos. Your proposal would shred the 2A. And the 2A has NEVER been about hunting.

They simply skip over any post that explains the constitution when dealing with the 2nd amendment.

They just continue to drone on with what they have heard from the gun grabbers!

I gave an easy to understand explanation of the subject at:

You can put up No Guns, No Weapon signs all day long but if it's not this sign I can carry my weapon in your store.
Not to put too fine a point on it but that sign appears to only address concealed weapons. A License to Carry doesn't mean the weapon must be concealed, though it can be. So does this signage mean that if a weapon is not concealed it's OK to carry it onto the premises? Or is this an old sign predating open carry? Or what?

We already have universal background checks, they were pushed through by the NRA...over 80,000 people have violated that law. a felony, the government has prosecuted less than 1 percent
red flags laws have already been horribly abused
The last violence research done by the CDC under Obama showed that there were over a million defensive gun uses yearly.. it showed that a person legally carrying a gun was less likely to break the law than a cop...it was not anti-gun so it was not widely released.

Much of this was posted before and you decided to ignore it.

Liberals seem to visualize firing an AR-15 as in the old Al Capone/gangster era movies, riding on the running boards of a shiny car, big drum on a machine gun, firing one-handed, cackling with glee and "spraying bullets" (their favorite phrase, after "White Nationalist").

No. An AR-15 (AR is not short for "assault rifle") centerfire is just like a rimfire long gun - one bullet and only one bullet fires when you pull the trigger. They are just "triggered" (heh) because it is painted a scawy black, and has all sorts of cool stuff you can attach modularly like clips for a strap, scope, laser sight, or a side basket where spent cartridges are ejected. The stock can also slide out an inch or two to accommodate users with longer arms - Oh! The Huge Manatee !

These guns do NOT "keep firing" when you hold the trigger down.

They would for center fire or semi auto. With enough money anyone can still get a MG.
