"No. The 1st Amendment trumps a few dead children."

Gotta love that phrasing.

Learned that from the leftists - if you donít agree with the leftists, you must hate children and want them to die.

I haven't looked at the results your poll but the way you stated it is pretty slanted with respect to the "no" answer. How about "No, I still believe in the freedom of speech" or, simply, "No?"
Iím not the one who started the poll.

If you believe in the freedom of speech, you must believe dead children. Just following the leftist logic or illogic.

The killers want attention, and I would favor the media having to track down and report who their parents are and where they live. They do not want attention. Law of unintended consequences may dissuade future killers.

PS: In Ct, when AIG execs post Crash were getting huge bonuses as we bailed them out, their kids felt trapped at home by protestors, until daddy returned the bonus. Societal pressure can be a weapon also.

We all know that the mass murderers want one thing and one thing only: notoriety. The media reporting is feeding them precisely what they want and continuing to inspire more mass murderers.

And the disgusting media is feeding off the murderers to profit.

Restrict the media from reporting mass murderers and we can fix this problem one for all.
No, the freedom of the press is there for a reason, and the people have the right to know what is going on. If the media doesn't report on it, you can believe people will be reporting it themselves and putting it on the internet. Unless you want to restrict the internet like communist China does.

OP asked "restrict", which does not equal "ban".

I would favor killers name not released, parents names must be released if he lived at home.
