Since black students are suspended at higher rates than white students, and most suspensions will be looked at as anti-social behavior, will Redflag laws disportionally prevent black people from legally aquiring guns for self protection?
By that reasoning most all laws are racist as they disproportionately affect races that disproportionately break the law.
