Without "terrorists" there can be no "war on terror" and then the military/industrial complex doesn't get to wage perpetual war. And war IS a racket, who creates/funds/arms these terrorists? Who gains from their attacks? Who profits? Of course AlCIAida and the Taliban will go on and on until a new twist on the ole game is hatched then like our flunkies like Quadaffi, Hussein and Bin Laden they will be disposed of. The one thing in common, you can't win a war on ideology.

One mans ISIS is another persons savior. Every terrorist killed, creates more in their place. It's amazing how cruel people can be in the name of "God".

Can groups be infiltrated? Sure

Can groups be surveilled? Sure.

Can groups attacked potentially be interrupted/stopped? Sure

Can ANYONE end terrorism? No. To claim that they do/did so, is foolish. There will never be a world without terrorists. Sad, but true.
