This is perfectly indicative of how deeply indoctrinated democrats are into “victim” mentality and identity politics.
Keep projecting blacks as needy and oppressed victims that whites need to bolster up. Biden can’t even see how indoctrinated he is after a lifetime of democrat ideology......
