Seriously? You still believe that even after Biden said Obama was the only African-American who was clean, bright, and articulate?

I can explain why this is. The far right really does not care about Black people. Some people on the far right merely gaslight because they want a Republican in power.

Correction, southern Democrats were the one's perpetuating the racism. Northern Democrats, whom outnumbered the southern Democrats, were the ones supporting the Civil Rights Act. Only 8% of southern Democrats supported it. 95% of northern Democrats supported it. A lower percentage of northern Republicans (84%) supported the Civil Rights Act. NO southern Republican supported it. How hard is it for you to understand?

If a Republican had said what Biden did he would already have been forced to drop out and/or, if an officeholder, turned in his resignation.

Trump said similar things, and more, and he's the President.

Definitely. It is no coincidence that minorities vote Democratic, they would not do that if they thought Democrats are more racist than Republicans...

He caught himself alright. He said exactly what he was thinking, then there's a little pause where he goes 'oh crap I just said that', then he starts throwing out all kinds of races and cultures and adjectives.

He may not be a textbook racist, but he's definitely one of those people who really believes that minorities are inferior, and that it's up to good old liberal Whitey to save them.
