Do you own any other form of property? Items, housing, vehicle, anything? If yes, did you have justify your need/want for that property prior to owning or at any time since?

Do you feel that someone else's perception/opinion of why you own a thing should dictate whether or not you are permitted to own that thing?

Exactly.

Given that, and by the same legal precedence, the same courts should repeatedly rule that the government has no duty to provide for anyone what they will not provide for themselves (Medicaid, Food Stamps, any of the various forms of Welfare income, housing subsidies, etc.).
