I was there is 2016, and again this year. They have about 75% cleaned up their country from what it was. The aggressive Africans and creepy, stalking Middle Easterners are still there, but in far less numbers, and they much more greatly know that they will put themselves in danger if they get out of line.
In Paris, they hold mass protests to demand, well, I am not sure what they are demanding. But they wave African flags and sometimes threaten you if you do not buy their crappy Eiffel Tower key chains.
As a paying customer, they kind which Europe greatly values and needs, I know which place will be getting my dollar in the future.
