Why do the Regressives want to take away people's private health insurance and force them into government healthcare?

I thought they were "pro-choice"

Irrelevant. A flat tax is a fair way of assessing everyone for the cost of the Fed Gov. Minimum wage workers must simply live within their means and not feel entitled to anything more than what they've earned for themselves.

Which country with a national health care system has a system where people can choose private health insurance OR public health insurance?

As far as I am aware, no country has that.

...With high middle class national tax rates. The EU-28 average is about 45%. Are you on board with that?

"works" is a highly subjective term, especially given that many of the people who believe so have never known an alternative.

So no country with a national health care system has a system where people can pick and choose what they want. Why do you think that is? If you didnt have to pay Medicare taxes, you got sick at an advanced age and didnt have the money to pay for it, what do you think should happen to you?

You have yet to come up with any society where the working class and lower classes are thriving without a public safety net.

Only a fool or a paid troll would side with the top money people. Since Reagan economics that was advertised as a growth factor by "trickle down" fantasies not one cent has ever trickled down.

Warren Buffet once said that taxation is unfair. Why is it that he, Buffet, pays 13% in taxes while his secretary is paying 35% on a annual income of only $70,000?

I believe the internet is loaded with paid trolls and CD is no exception.

The only developed country that has working private insurance based model is Switzerland. Basic premiums are FIXED. Insurance companies either learn to leave within their means or else. Mandate of course, otherwise can't work. Hospitals are heavily regulated, etc. No person pays more than 8% of the income towards to basic health insurance premium.

It is somewhat more expensive than the mostly single payer models in other countries, but still reasonable in relation to GDP. In contrast to the situation here.
