I'm willing to cautiously trust Barr until he gives me reason to stop trusting him. Apparently, when he heard of Epstein's death, he was furious. Personally, I'm a lot more interested in whoever made the decision not to place Epstein in solitary for his own protection, keep eyes on him every second of the day, and not put multiple independent camera systems on the guy 24/7 as well. One or more people in the prison's staff either outright killed the guy or snuck somebody in to do the job. Such a hit could originate from anywhere. Trump? Sure. The Clintons? Absolutely! The Queen of England? Yep! Vladimir Putin? Yeah him too. We'll have to wait and see how deep this rabbit hole goes and if it ever leads us to getting some justice for Epstein's sex slaves.
Barr is furious because this happened in a federal detention facility on his watch.

Nothing at this juncture suggests Barr ordered the most high profile guest in this facility to remain on an indefinite watch.

Thinking Barr has one goal- shield himself from any responsibility.

Each federal prison/ detention facility has a CEO/ Warden.

Each CEO/ Warden reports to a regional director.

Each regional director reports to the current “ acting director” appointed by Barr.

After all with Trump there's no such things as friendship. There's only deals, deals and more deals.

Epstein likely knew something that Trump didn't want to be made known.
No question this is the most plausible scenario, as Trump had the most to lose.

Assumes there are certified real videos, somewhere in the world.

There could be an understanding to release at certain points in time including post humous .

WikiLeaks or similar media could be used.

Oh yeah. He probably thought taking this job would polish his resume, and maybe even lead to SCOTUS. Instead...

I agree. This is not a bad thing, though. For one thing, you can be sure that the darker suspicions regarding the potential destruction of the seized evidence will not come to pass if Barr has anything to do with it. And he has a great deal to do with it. I think he will protect the evidence to the last breath in his body!

No he wasn't the one with the most to lose.
Neither him nor Clinton were mentioned.

Prince Andrew had the most to lose at this point with testimony from the victim about groping, sex and stated that photos were taken.

Many of the rich and powerful have their own planes. No reason for them to adhere to someone else’s schedule.
Except oftentimes the party started on the plane or before. Why else would they need a giant bed on a plane? Maybe if Michael Moore was a guest...
