In anticipation of the plethora of posts about how the Clintons murdered the man, may I remind folks that neither Bill nor Hillary are in good enough physical shape to take down Epstein, and Chelsea doesn't seem the type.
This is clearly a painting, not a photo and an artist can paint something not from a photo. Certainly it was provided by someone as a joke, and Eppie had it.
There are people who post here who seem to believe he posed for it. Some click bait reporting the artist claims Clinton sat for the portrait.
It is a curious thing that thus far, no MSM, including Trump News, has reported it let alone if it actually hung in Epstein’s NY mansion. Obviously, they have yet to be able to confirm it.
Assuming the altered portrait exists, it might have been a giant FU to Clinton as much as anything else, as in look at him , POTUS diddling with an intern and they call me a predator.

The goal of hanging someone is to create a basilar skull fracture, severing the spinal column from the base of the brain, leading to immediate death. If one fails to achieve this, the person then dies from strangulation.
The reports of broken bones in the neck/signs of strangulation are consistent with someone hanging themselves.
It would appear that a lot of people think Barr does not have the strength and courage to say no to Trump. Would even carry out murder for him.
