The same has been done in Texas. The police are instructed to take the weed for testing and let the suspect go. It should be legal anyways.

Weed is far less harmful than alcohol.

Congress should accidentally legalize weed at the federal level.

Maybe they'll find out that legal marijuana does not bring on the end of the world.

Since the legalization of weed here I can't say I have any interest in smoking it but I have taken a liking to the candy. I can get a bag of 10x gummies with 10mg THC and 10mg CBD in each piece for about $35... so it's not all that expensive. I usually do 2 pieces for a 20mg dose of both and I'm high for 2-3 hours.

$7 for a high that just has me wanting to chill on the couch... a lot cheaper than what it would take for the same buzz from alcohol.

Still under no circumstances would I drive under the influence of this THC/CBD candy and I strongly disagree with those who says "Oh I can drive high it's not the same as being drunk." While I agree it's not the same effect... being high and being drunk for me are 2 totally different feelings... but they both still have me impaired where operating a motor vehicle isn't safe.

My 2 cents...

Holy smoke. I wonder if any of the people that accidentally allowed this were high themselves.
