I know, either way I don't watch fox and friends. I'm all for immigrantion, but illegal immigration is not the answer. Not only that, but unskilled jobs will be automated in the near future. We also have a skilled labor shortage. The problem I have will skilled labor shortage is that it creates brain drain on developing countries in which developing nations will take a longer time to develop. If you have a skilled person who can create a job in Guatemala, he or she can create other jobs for other people than reducing the amounts of illegals and no need for a stupid wall on the Mexican border. Why do. I say this? I'm a first generation American and a child of immigrants ans chain migration.

Obviously not. Employers are constantly yapping about a shortage of good workers, yet wages are still flat.

Hannity is not a reporter.
Chris Wallace is. Bret Baier is. Almost all the people in the field are.
Hannity is not a reporter, and he won't bite you. It's OK to come out now.

Some jobs are only worth 7.50 an hour. As long as you can buy a chicken for 5$, the people processing them are not going to make more than 7.50.

True, robots won't either in those "low skilled" positions...

Federal Reserve finds major shortage of workers across economy

Fed report:

Help Wanted: Evaluating Labor Shortages in Manufacturing

"The evidence captured by our survey-based measure is consistent with traditional measures of labor market tightness. In particular, models of labor market search point to the vacancy-to-unemployment ratio, v/u, as a measure of market tightness, where v denotes the number of job openings and u is the number of unemployed.5 According this measure, the labor market is tighter the greater the number of employers seeking to fill job positions relative to the number of prospective workers looking for jobs."
