It wasn't Trump cheating on all 3 of his wives. It wasn't Trump being sued for racist housing policies. It wasn't Trump calling inner-city black neighborhoods "rat-infested," calling Hispanics rapists, murderers, drug dealers. It wasn't Donny, who was married at the time, saying he likes to grab women by the *****.
No, it's using the Lord's name in vain that bothers them most about Donald Trump.

Is that like Barry being worshipped by his supporters all the while he was destroying America and said supporters were defending his birth certificate being legit without any credentials for declaring such?
Why is it that liberals, most of whom are atheists, always invoke principles of Christianity in political discussions?
Liberals HATE Christianity so much that they support radical Islam as a foil to Christianity. Certainly ANY democratic president would be far worse than Trump in supporting Christian beliefs.
Hate gays? No- brother and brother in law are gay. Probably most of our priests are gay
Hate immigrants? No- our nation was built on immigrants. I just want them to be legal
Hate women? No- my wife is a feminist and my daughter in his med school- our entire family has strong women figures and my wife runs the joint
Hate minorities? No- we have minorities in our family and my two partners are minorities. I don't care what color someone is, as long as they work and embrace the same culture
Abortions? Have all you want- it means fewer dems and that is between you and God- work it out.
Whew!! Free speech and all; but this is a bunch of nonsense. Most liberals are atheists? How do you know all of this?
No one can be as bad as trump, and you know it. Trump is probably the worst president and commander in chief, ever!
Anything that is right and good, he wants to do away with. His soul is so full of hate, even for endangered animals. What a guy. He needs to go the way of the pony express, and soon; before he does anymore damage.
"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people," he said in a 2003 sermon. "God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme."
Seems the left supported this a while ago...but they are good with it....as long as Obama did not listen to him for 20+ years.....
I would think the Evangelicals wouldn't like that either.
But that doesn't excuse Trump does it?
No it doesn't but it is a convenient diversion. Dodge and twist and spin... never take a hard look at the reality. Always point to Hillary or Obama or someone OTHER than the scummy person that they elected to President.
Using the Lord’s name in vain’
Evangelicals chafe at Trump’s blasphemy.
A Trump-supporting West Virginia state senator who represents many evangelicals got three phone calls from constituents complaining about Trump’s profanity after a recent rally.
Paul Hardesty didn’t pay much attention to President Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Greenville, N.C., last month until a third concerned constituent rang his cellphone.
The residents of Hardesty’s district — he’s a Trump-supporting West Virginia state senator — were calling to complain that Trump was “using the Lord’s name in vain,” Hardesty recounted.
The third phone call is when I actually went and watched his speech because each of them sounded distraught,” Hardesty, who describes himself as a conservative Democrat, said.
Here’s what he would have seen: Trump crowing, “They'll be hit so goddamn hard,” while bragging about bombing Islamic State militants. And Trump recounting his warning to a wealthy businessman: “If you don't support me, you're going to be so goddamn poor.”
Many evangelicals are total hypocrites. They have no issue with many of the vile things Trump has said and done yet they take issue with a single slang word.

Trump has always been good when it comes to putting his foot in his mouth. Things like this could be his start of downward spiraling.
Anyone who actually believes Trump is religious in the least deserves him and his 'blasphemy' as he has been 'blaphemous' his entire life.
The evangelicals sold their souls for a seat on the Supreme Court. They got themselves a secular snake oil salesman from NY who swears a lot. Guess they will just have to deal with it.

Oh give me a break. Whenever some people have nothing to say to defend their leader they go right back to Obama. Newsflash Obama isn't president anymore nor will he be again. How do you defend Trumps immoral behavior & why does he get a pass from far right evangelicals?
