The US should give the wall contract to the construction company who built the We Build the Wall section of barrier in NM. Done in a matter of weeks, including taking down part of a mountain which the Army Corps of Engineers said was impossible. A fraction of the cost! Much better than even the newest sections built by the Feds. This has sensors and lights,

The road they constructed along the wall must look tempting to skateboarders and cyclists!

Congress, Democrats is fighting him the whole way then Democrats will point to no wall and say, see, he didn't do what he said he would do.
The fact that the military was able to pull from funds without hurting mission readiness just shows you that the military budget is over-bloated. Of course, this entire thing could have been avoided completely if Democrats actually voted to fund the wall they voted to authorize back in 2006
For the remaining balance, though, Trump will use fiscal year 2020 and 2021 funds. These funds come out of fiscal year 2019 funds. Next year's federal budget leaves a whole new pot to tap for the wall via the National Emergencies Act
Over-bloated? Wow, first time I ever heard a Trump supporter say that. And here Republicans are always asking for more and more money for the military. So next time Trump asks for more money for the military, I expect you to denounce it due the military already being bloated!
Oh and by the way, the funds he pulled already effected military readiness but then again, we all know Trump supporters don't care.
