If democrats will not adopt and supercharge thuggish Republican ways they are a toast. Republicans abandoned all pretences of decency and legality to push their social darwinian agenda, at some point dems must punch back and not in kind, much harder. It is the only way to deal with street thugs.

We are packing it, with those that lean right. We are about to tack on another one here shortly. She may already be dead we don't know. Is it a nap? Did she pass?

Why stop at 11? Why not one jurist from each state, district, and territory? Each state selects their own jurist bypassing Congress and the US President. Feds set the qualifications and the state selects their judge.

They aren't throwing anyone off the Court. Period. Just another example of political grandstanding. Must be Tuesday in Washington, D.C.....

They don't need to throw anyone off the court, they can simply increase the amount of them when a Democrat president is in office.

Hopefully she will retire when she is no longer able to stay awake.

Sure would be embarrassing to have a justice nodding off all the time...

Your perception is so warped it is not even worth addressing.

Not by a long shot. Whether they have played politics or not with the future of the SCOTUS, lets not forget it was a Democrat president who could not become a dictator, so he tried to pack the court by increasing the number of justices when he was in office.

That aside, it was the liberals on the court who became activists by creating their own idea of what the constitution meant.
When conservatives (who by their very nature try to adhere to the original intent) try to undo the activism, the liberals claim the conservatives are the activists.
Trying to undo activism is not activism, rather attempting to undo the original activism and go back to the intentions of the constitution of those who wrote and ratified its principles.

Are you kidding? How many times has Trump made threats? He has threatened the Federal reserve. He has threatened private companies. He threatend Bezos. Heck he threatened Hilary Clinton with jail when running. And republicans were all good with that. Admit it.
