Not really a surprise: he has an undisciplined mind. The King of trash.

"Look what you made me do!"

The preferred excuse for wifebeaters, terrorists and - apparently, now - Trump voters.

"Conservatism can't fail, it can only be failed", right? So when the wheels come off, it's de facto proof it wasn't proper conservatism. Which ironically was the Marxists' favorite argument back in the 70s and 80s. The ideology was beyond contestation, only the implementation could be criticized.

LOL

You people are getting what you deserve.

I'm not sure what you mean, implying Hillary was an embarrassment.

I wasn't embarrassed by Hillary. Certainly not in comparison with Trump. Hillary was vastly experienced compared to Trump, including her periods as Senator and Secretary of State. She was poised, not losing her temper with reporters, as Trump does. She was not known for a variety of tabloid-type sexual entanglements. She was not involved in thousands of lawsuits. She did not routinely insult people, including prominent people in foreign governments. She was not known for speaking of people in sexually disparaging terms. She did not continually speak in ways to undermine people's confidence in the rule of law. She did not have a catalogue of 10,000 verified lies. And unlike Trump dodging Mueller, Hillary testified multiple times about Benghazi.

So I would have been pretty happy with her.

You are one of the few millions who wake up each and every morning and are SHOCKED to learn what Trump just said. It's been three years buddy. When are you going to wise up and stop pausing at every word he utters?

I agree. I am more conservative than Trump is, and I don't generally claim the honor.

Trump has no ideology, and no moral compass.

He saw an opportunity and took it. This happened to be a lot of people who now think they are conservatives, but generally don't know what they really are. Many were apolitical until Trump came along, some hadn't voted in years.

As it is, Trump was able to exploit a giant disconnect between the rank and file Republican voters and the established leadership, a leadership which has always been unresponsive to the needs of working class people. He told them what they wanted to hear, they wanted someone to believe in, they wanted a messiah.

This same sad group could have been lured into the other direction had Trump jumped into the Democratic set of primaries. Then they would have infested that party and the Republicans could have obtained the moral high ground.

Trump has been a great asset to the globalists (the Mercer types) and lobbyist/grifters (the Scaramucci types) who hang on around him. Trump is owned but he doesn't mind, he has always been the type who would sell himself to the highest bidder. Trump has a tramp stamp that says 'available for a price, inquire within'.

Your defense essentially consists of a suggestion to just stop paying attention. Is that what backing Trump is like now - telling people that as long as you don't listen to him, he's not all that bad?

A lot of voters would have been happy with her.

In fact, three million more than picked Trump.

If it hadn't been for Russian and Republican shenanigans, a lot more would have likely voted for her.

The idea of blaming Trump on Democrats is an idiot's argument. Republicans picked him. Not Democrats.
