I really really loathe and dispise Lemon. I think he's A hole of the highest order.
In an attempt to be fair we don't know if this guy is just looking for a paycheck. Without hard evidence it's really a he said he said type of situation.
I'm more interested in equity and judging each situation individually without assuming guilt.
That being said I do hope it's true and that Lemon gets his.
I won't presume him guilty like the liberals would if Lemon were a conservative. But I agree with you. Lemon is a grade-A douche who does far more harm than good with his hateful divisive rhetoric. Karma's a you know what.
Interesting that when someone mentions Kavanaugh, accused sexual molester, you bend over backwards to say he is an innocent man. When someone like Lemon is accused, you automatically assume he's guilty.
And BTW, you guys should stop being such big homophobes. No we don't believe in bestiality or pedophilia. That's a really tiresome argument from the 1950's. Why don't you spend your time worrying about Christian preachers who molest children or politicians who grab women "by the vagina"?

That sword cuts both ways. When Kavanaugh was accused (w/o witness evidence, btw), we were told that we must believe the accuser. My own Sen. Patty Murray said it.
Now when Lemon is accused, it's deeeeeferent. Anyway, I see few if any on the thread who "automatically assume he's guilty.

This matches my viewpoint exactly. He has proven himself a disgrace as a journalist but he should be given the presumption of innocence like everyone should be. How Kavanaugh was treated should mean nothing. Judging Lemon because of the way Kavanaugh was treated is the action of children whose parents failed to teach them that because someone else did bad behavior doesn't make your bad behavior ok. The whole "if he jumped off the brooklyn bridge would you" cliche.

Yes there is a double standard. Conservatives are tried and convicted in the media on flimsy, laughable accusations like those of Christine Blasey Ford and her cohorts.
The lawsuit against Lemon hasn't even been covered by the MSM, much less had a constructive trial and guilty verdict rendered as was done against Kavanaugh.

It could be anybody, not just lemon. He baited lemon because it would get him attention, he knew Lemon would respond. Well here we are.
