So, no, this group doesn't get any sympathy from me at the moment. And China is right to use force to clear them from the airport. But the force should be reasonable (tear gas, rubber bullets if they become violent, etc.).

Tell me one thing that I wrote that is a lie.

You can't, and so resort to name calling

A protest is pointless without disruption. Especially when your Government is corrupt and has a history of murdering it’s own people.

Governments need to fear their people, not the other way around.

China is an authoritarian state and when pushed by dissidents they will react with all available resources to put down protests. The movement of APC's and tanks was the prelude to the Tiananmen Massacre back in the 90's.

While I agree with you as a general matter, this is ultimately a relative "few" of the Hong Kong population behaving this way. They don't get to disrupt the city and mess things up for everyone else just because they want to. Again, no society would allow this to go on without pushing back.

The army will remain there possibly permanently and they will carry on. Take heed folks. This is what the left has in mind for the US.
I know people don't like to hear it, but this is why we don't give up our guns. You never know what's going to happen a hundred years (or whenever) from now.

Seriously? You really think that after how many years of living in a democratic society that Hong Kong residents prefer authoritarian government enforced with tanks and mass murder of civilians????

Clearly, you have little faith in the idea of democracy.
