What a frekiní moron.
Alot of people know that Steve King has said something reprehensible. Many are willing to overlook this. For some, he is their kind of Republican. Some people like him BECAUSE he has white nationalist views. Some people like him because they are against the anti-Trump crowd. It is an "us vs them" kind of mentality.

Incest and rape are some of the most disturbing things one can do. Rape is criminal behavior. What Steve King claims is necesssary is criminal behavior. I'm hoping the persons in Iowa's 4th Congressional District will do to King what many in Alabama did when Roy Moore had rape allegations against him. They voted against Roy Moore and Doug Jones won the Senate election. I'm hoping Steve King will get unseated and voted out of office.

He didn't claim it was necessary. Someone has been lying to you.

I looked up Iowa's 4th Congressional district. The city of Ames is in that district. I don't think Ames natives want to be part of that district. The city of 67,154 is home to Iowa State University. Ames is located in Story County, which had Iowa's 3rd highest support for Clinton in the 2016 Presidential election. Story County also had the highest percent percentage of 3rd party votes in Iowa.

Trump won all 4 of Iowa's Congressional districits. However, he won 3 of them by about 3-5 percentage points. He won the 4th Congressional district by 27 percentage points. Iowa's 4th Congressional District gave him Iowa. The counties that were the least likely to support 3rd party candidates, alot of them were located in King's district, the 4th Congressional district. Story County stands out from the rest of the 4th Congressional district.

I think people like Steve King and Todd Akin should be forced to do 100 hours of community service, shadowing case workers who deal with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

I don't think it's enough. Anyone with such a mindset shouldn't hold political office. How can such persons be trusted to serve the public fairly.

I don't live in his district, but I'd vote for him. At least, he's semi honest.
