Exactly. The real problem is a Democrat run justice system in Philly that allowed this multiple Felon back on the street after committing violent crime and possessing and using guns illegally which he did jail time for, but not nearly enough. The Dem politicians DEFLECT using more gun control instead of addressing the real problem. PLEA DEALS, and light sentences.

Come on now, the Democrats need those votes. Can't be putting your constituents in jail.

Well, I'm not an old white man and have no intention of giving up my guns. Just out of curiosity, what do you propose we do with the legally owned guns already in circulation? Confiscate them?

As if there wasn't enough dead people coming to vote.

Ditto here. I don't think any LE would be willing to no knock warrant door kick too many houses. At some point that retirement will be left to their next of kin. Especially here in CA with Gruesome signing anti-cop laws recently about use of force. Go in there and taze them bro.

He can plead all he wants. But unless it has the blessing of the NRA, it won't pass.

Where was law enforcement personnel when this person was breaking the law?

He was caught and convicted by law enforcement and the justice system 12 times for violent crime and gun violations, and let out on the street to do it again after only a few years. Yet the Mayor want to pass more gun laws only to restrict the law abiding. Madness.

Yeah. 'Cause that's going to stop the shootings. Just like it did in Chicago.

This is so dumb.

The NRA is a group of people and around four million. Believe what you want.

There are probably more people in boy scouts.
