I don't think that 500,000 Iraqis were terrorists or that killing them was common sense.

There were and are an awful lot of terrorists in Saudi Arabia, including the majority of the 9/11 killers--but for some reason we're just giving them more weapons. Lots of common sense there. Go figure.

Ha - as if the US is a Democracy or listens to the Will of the People!

Funny stuff. It's about gaming the system and paying people off....

it was Bill Clinton that said it was worth it to kill 500,000 Iraqi children, as the deaths happened before Bush

Has the UK government committed any massacres in that time? It is exempt from the 1988 ban, no? Regardless of weapon what is its record on killing like it's a bodily function?

Hint: up thread we saw a blurb about hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqi children. My advice would be to start there.

They will never come out and admit it but what it comes down to is that they place the value of their selfish desire to own these weapons over the value of human life. Of course they cloak this sick viewpoint in the trappings of the Constitution; they will protect us from government tyranny, need them for protection, need them for deer hunting, blah, blah, blah. We've heard it all a million times.

The way they look at it is that the odds of anything bad happening to them or theirs from someone using the weapons they worship is highly unlikely. It will surely happen to someone else.
Heard it a million times yet still can't understand it. Ok.

There is no ban and there is no such thing as an "assault weapon" so if you want to modify the second and start confiscating semi autos with no knock searches have at it. You'll get no volunteers.

Let's just say that the oath breaking jack boots ranks would thin out quickly from desertion and attrition if they thought there was a 1-10 or a 1-20 chance the next house they go to will end in an ambush or firefight, and their orders for the day were to search 100 houses in the neighborhood. Even they aren't that stupid. They have lives, houses, wives, kids, pets....

We are too heavily armed and too stubborn to submit to confiscation. Not going to happen. Most military and LEOs actually do love and Revere the Constitution. Their oaths matter to them.

The left needs to start "their reset" another way. Confiscation would be the biggest mess in American history and they know it. They will try something else.

I don’t believe 2/3 of Americans want to infringe on the 2nd amendment.

Looking forward to all the MAGA righties telling us how socialist /communist /leftist faux news has become lol
Come on. All of the mainstream media, especially the cable news networks, are the same. We're talking about Fox News here. The channel under the 21st Century Fox label, who's CEO was Rupert Murdoch. What happens when Rupert falls to the "Me Too" movement a couple years ago? His freaking son takes over, effectively continuing the same ass thing. Heck all these CEOs of the major media corporations might go to church together on Saturdays. We have to stop falling into their games. Posts like OP don't help! Doesn't really matter where the poll was taken.
