......that 0.05 Fahrenheit degrees warmer

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/15/c...july-noaa.html

temperatures have been consistently increasing since 1900....why wouldn't it be?

Sounds like you're talking about the Minoan Warm Period, the Roman Warm Period and the Medieval Warm Period, each of which lasted hundreds of years, and all of which were significantly warmer than today.

the last 5 interglacial's had a global mean temp of 72'f-75'f.....currently we are at ~60'f gmt

so the fact remains....we are still COOLER than the last 5 interglacial periods.....still a lot of warming to go

An Idiocracy indeed.
Republicans are dumb as stumps. No amount of evidence will convince them of anything. Knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing hilljacks. They'd be completely laughable if they didn't affect the health of everybody else.

The average person passes gas about 14 times a day. We all produce 1 to 3 pints of gas daily.
Multiply that by over 300 million people and you can see why there is a lot of climate change.
What's even more interesting is that Republicans pass more hot air than Democrats.

Here's the upshot of your report, "It's been hot this July!"

I live in the desert high plains of Colorado and it's as green as Ireland around here in mid-August. Add that to your report.
