They want to go to Denmark for the welfare, the permissive society, the women and to spread their culture and caliphate, making it not Denmark anymore. They have nothing in common with my first ancestors that came to America mostly from the British Isles.

This is a common American myth. Even the colonial charters were granted expressly for the purpose of turning a profit for Britain. The Puritans did not come to America to establish religious freedom. And they didn't establish religious freedom, or any other freedom for that matter(they were more repressive than the King ever was).

Moreover, the vast majority of people who ultimately came to the United States didn't come here for freedom of any sort. They came here for land, for wealth, to make their fortunes, or were forced to come here as slaves or servants, or out of sheer desperation/starvation.

There are exceptions of course, but do you honestly believe your own ancestors came here for freedom? Mine came here because they were poor and America was handing out land for free.

I know you want to believe that your ancestors are somehow more noble than the current crop of immigrants, but it simply isn't true. The immigrants of 2019 came for the same reason as the immigrants of 2000. And the immigrants of 2000 came for the same reason as the immigrants of 1970. And the immigrants of 1970 came for the same reason as the immigrants of 1910. And the immigrants of 1910 came for the same reason as the immigrants of 1810. Money.

There are plenty of Europeans who still immigrate to the United States today, and with few exceptions they all come here for money. Either because they have a job that pays well, or because they want to avoid paying taxes, or because the cost-of-living is lower. It has absolutely nothing to do with freedom, or culture, or any other nonsense, and it never has.

They want to come to Denmark for the money, and obviously welfare is money, but there is far more money than welfare to be made there.

They have no interest whatsoever in living in a permissive society, except insofar as it lets them in.

I do not believe they are going to Denmark "for the women", but since the vast-majority of migrants are men, they pretty much have no choice but to seek out Danish women. And almost none of them want to establish a "caliphate" in Denmark.

These Muslims don't share the same values as the Danes, but the Muslims have the same desire to use government to protect their own values, as does the Evangelical Christian in America. And if laws are necessarily a reflection of the values of the people, if you change the people, you change the values, you change the laws.

It's not that complicated. Americans like me whose mostly white protestant British isles ancestors came to America in the colonial area and shortly after, have nothing in common with today's global, economic migrants and immigrants. They are as different as people can be.

They are different people, but their motivations are the same. Your ancestors came for money, and they are coming for money.

But just because they have the same motivations doesn't make them the same. Many Danish people are still immigrating to the United States, primarily for jobs/money. That doesn't make Danish immigrants the same as any other immigrant coming for jobs/money. Motivations aren't values.
