Oh libs get him alright. You know why? Aside from the fact that libs have watched him behave like a child for the last 35 years, he is incredibly predictable--not regarding whatever inanity may spew from his mouth at any moment--regarding his pattern of behavior and transparent psychology of his actions and reactions. He is totally controlled by his ego and emotions. Totally. And the country is at the mercy of his immaturity and ignorance.

You know who really doesn't 'get' him? His newfound fanboys.

"...Trump, either spurred or spurned by all of the attention, leans in -- to it all. Then it all unravels because, as we later learn, he was winging it all along. There was never any "there" there -- just Trump saying stuff...."

"....on the this-is-all-a-strategic-distraction from gun control or immigration, etc., argument: No, it isn't. Is there anything you have seen in Trump's time in office that would lead you to believe that he is capable of that sort of strategic planning and execution? It's readily apparent at this point that Trump is just saying stuff -- and then reacting to how those things land with the general public. There is no three-dimensional chess. There's not any kind of chess being played.)

Ya sure? IMO, POTUS Trump created the stir about buying Greenland so he could cancel his trip to Denmark when he found out Obama would be there a couple weeks later.

Trump is an a**hole. There are no two ways about it. What a slap in the face to Denmark.

If it's any consolation, most Danes are quite well aware that Trump is aberration and not really representative of the US.

Apparently, Obama has plans to visit Denmark in late September

Some people say that Obama is more popular than Trump in Denmark. I dunno, many people are saying that.

That wouldn't surprise me.

Trump has a bad case of 'Obama envy'.

Yeah I don't think the descendants of Eric the Red are too upset over Donald the Orange.

Is Obama scoping out new places to flee to when the Spygate indictments start flying?

Well, it confirms what I have suspected. Defending and being on board with Trump regarding Greenland is for the purpose of angering and trolling those who don't support Trump. I can't think of any other reason so far.

Don't try to change the subject. This thread is about president bone spurs and his worldwide reputation for petulance.
