It looks like the arena is only about 75% of capacity.

Now that I've seen more shots, I think the upper deck may even have been only 1/3 full. But it's hard to tell because you can only see the seats on the one side of the arena.
7:13:27 also shows a fair amount of empty seats in the lower deck.
How weird the only source for this "fact" is a British supermarket tabloid.
