Three years ago there was a wilding incident where a mob of black teenagers began assaulting whites outside of Temple University in Philadelphia. The timing before the federal election was too perfect.
Does anyone have reason to believe that this began with a payoff to a influential black agitator to swing the Pennsylvania vote?

Pennsylvania went to Trump by 40,000 + votes.
what drives someone to posit inflammatory and conspiratorial drivel like this?

Philadelphia County: 84% for Clinton
every single adjacent county: Clinton won

NOPE I am merely pointing out that blaming someone else for one's troubles' brings resentment (your word) towards that person or people. Black youth are raised on an amalgam of racism towards others, poverty, drugs and hopelessness which is fostered (and encouraged) by their parents (or lack thereof). So Michael Brown while a hero in the Ferguson culture (similar to PA) and still vaunted by fools aka Elizabeth Warren was also a thug, and a man raised upon hatred of the culture he was surrounded by.

Me resentful? Not a chance I am laughing all the times (and sadly) at these fools who think they are superior to others while they head pell mell down the road of self destruction.

Philly will go dem no matter what. Even if the people don't show up to vote, they'll vote anyway. Over 100% of those registered will vote with probably 99% going dem. Its happened that way before and the repubs wouldn't waste time trying to stage something that would have zero effect on the eldction. Pa voters don't care too much about what happens in Philly, they do in Harrisburg and locally. Its just Philly being Philly.

OK, so Russian collusion was proven to be BS --- is this your latest excuse for Hillary's loss?

I just wanted to give you a heads up. I've know about this stuff since 2011, when former mayor Michael Nutter called out those young idiots for doing what they were doing. I don't think they would listen.

Green Mariner has the best of the responses. The reason why I raised the question was that the timing of a wilding incident was brilliant. I can't think of anything that would galvanize the white Republican vote like a little black on white violence.

Wilding happens again and again, in many cities.

I was trying to put some perspective on this. And this is the thing. This took place in Philadelphia. Philadelphia voted for Democrats. So did the rest of the Greater Philadelphia area. And Trump BARELY won Pennsylvania. Barely. The margin of victory was 0.72%. Black on white crime didn't seem to galvanize the white Republican vote in the Philly area.

The PA county that supported Trump the most was Fulton County, PA. 84.09%, in southern-central PA. It borders the state of Maryland, the Appalachian part of Maryland. The county is 98% White. In a county of 14,523 residents, there are abuot 96 Blacks.

What likely tipped PA over to Trump was that many people just stayed home and didn't vote.

What has been going on in Philadelphia has been going on for years. And this is something that local authorities have to deal with.

There was no conspiracy by Republicans to get young, Black current or future Felons to riot in order to elect Trump. Wow.

As Green Mariner said this has been a regular occurrence in Philly and other large cities for decades.
