I scored +48 democratic, which is strange since people here call me a far-right wing extremist.
Wow, the NYT is so desperate, they're planting posts on City-Data now to get people to click!

It's the Left who consistently get bent out of shape over statistics. Statistics show that women are less represented in a field that the Left likes? Must be sexist. Minority group less represented in a certain area? Must be racist.

I was with you until the last sentence. It's the left that doesn't like science.

They predict that I have 66% democrat, but I will never vote Democrat again after Obama. And the questions are almost all either religion or race, and the funny thing, most minorities are very religious. Most Black people, either be African Americans or Caribbeans tend to be Christian. Most Hispanics I know tend to be Catholic. Most white people I know are Atheists.

It's not a prediction, just what the statistics say most people like you are. Mine says +48 Republican but I'm a dyed in the wool liberal and always have been. However the answer is correct because everyone I know like me is a Republican.

Horse manger. I scored +48 Democrat. Maybe old school dem. Not this crapola that the presidential candidates are spewing. I'll never vote dem again if open borders and benefits for illegals are on the docket.

It predicts I'll be a little right of center (white, not strongly religious, straight, Protestant, male), which I suppose I am in some respects (pro-military, balance budget, no illegal immigration). But the Republican party has moved way too far right for my taste, so I remain open to voting Democrat. Particularly with Trump on the ticket.

Race shouldn't have anything to do with ones politics unless they have drank the Lefty kool aide and they view the colour of their skin as a card to play when it comes to being a victim of oppression etc etc...
For "minorities," race does often transcend class and even gender.
