This is a great boon for the fishing industry. The salmon now come precooked. Direct from fisherman to your dinner plate. No cooking, no mess, no carbon emissions. What's not to like?

I see no downside. Energy savings, naturally cooked, "Organic", cooked in their own juices with sea salted sea water. Free Quinoas with every two pounds, or more!
