Free Trade is as envisioned by the Koch Brothers a radically far right idea that gives corporations power over international trade and supplements community jobs for cheap migrant labor that can boost stock value and profit margins.

Why a democrat, the supposed left wing party would support this is beyond me. But they will because they're frauds.

If you cant export your business overseas for cheap labor, import illegal cheap labor..

"Made in USA, with illegal foreign labor"
Partisan as it gets.

Actually, it's a mainstream libertarian idea.

The Kochs are libertarians. In their view, in order to have a true free market, which is the economic ideal they strive for, the movements of BOTH capital and labor across international boundaries must be unrestricted. Libertarians, like the original marxists, want to see the state eventually wither away - they just have a very different idea of how that could happen.

Why would Republicans support these ideas? Yet Rs take a lot of money from the Kochs and introduce legislation that the Kochs write (see ALEC).

Ds don't take money from the Kochs, nor do they introduce legislation for them.

Yes, it is American libertarian.

The Kochs want to get democrats aboard since Trump is not playing along.

But in the end both parties will push free trade until our country is no more.

Liberals will never get on board with libertarian economics. Liberals don't think that money interests should take precedence in all public policy debates. However, most of us agree with many libertarian ideas regarding personal autonomy. Many american conservatives are the opposite - they like many libertarian ideas about markets and trade, but don't like libertarian ideas about personal autonomy.

So pick your poison - support the party that would allow the money folks to call all the shots and the puritans to control your private life, or support the party that believes that government has a role to play in keeping the money folks from running roughshod over your life and the puritans from doing the same to your private life. Within the current structure, there aren't any other viable options.

I don't support republicans. But the democratic party has been no better when it comes to free trade, the TPP, NAFTA, and the concept of open borders are coming from the left, not the right.

I agree liberals are suppose to be against this stuff, but they're not doing that right now.

Koch brothers have poisoned the GOP for decades, now that Trump didn’t take their money like leeches they are trying to find someone on the left to leech onto. Cheap labor is their endgame.

Want to know why Paul Ryan didn’t pursue immigration reform and border wall funding? Look no further than the $500k from Charles koch
