No they're going to have sex-toy daddies too? Who is going to make the motorcycles for the coming generations?
I used to live in Japan and I did see chicks with dogs, but that's just that. They also get married and whatnot. They just love their pet dogs. Even some Japanese cars are made with a little carrier built into the dash for them.

What I did see which surprised me was older Japanese women getting married to guys half their age and starting a family. That blew me away when I first saw it. A hot hot Japanese woman in her late 30's / early 40's hooking up with a 20 year old Japanese guy. These women go to work while their young husbands stay home and deal with the kids and house work. Seriously freaked me out.

Not really apples and oranges here, visual erotica in some form or another has been around since cavemen. I'm sure they were tugging it back then to it also.

Fake robot facsimiles of humans... I don't know, there's a creepy factor there that I just can't get past.

An AI that will actually listen and agree with everything you like, watch chick flicks with you and cuddle while you read your fav book.
That sounds awful.......

We used to say the same about sex toys like dildos and vibrators and pine too. Now they are everywhere and the world hasn’t ended. Chill and enjoy life. Robots will take over the world. It’s just a matter of time. And they may end us as a species like in battle star galactica too. We should have a shelf life as a species; we are too destructive to last forever.

Maybe there is hope now for all those right-wing incel would-be terrorists after all. No need for assault rifles when they can go buy their own pleasure robot. A win-win for everyone.
