Well. People have been fired for less.

Someone comes along behind me (at times) and second guesses my decisions in the field. I don't always agree with their hindsight but . . it is what it is.

It took 5 years to fire the guy. Longer than we fought in WWII. It will be interesting to see if the union fights the termination. It sounds like they will, from the OPs link.
