They, illegal immigrants, are harming many Americans in various ways. They shouldn't be encouraged, aided and rewarded.

Corporate lawyers and their judiciary sidekicks created concept of "corporate personhood" using 14th ammendment. Birthright citizenship for all is a trivial matter compared to the twisted logic of corporate personhood. If birthright citizenship must go, what about corporate personhood? Does it stay?

The only viable option is amending the constitution. I honestly don't know why ANY American would be against it. Why are you against limiting the scope of birthright citizenship to just "legal residents." Does it make sense for tourists who give birth or worse, illegal aliens, to pop out American citizens? It cheapens our citizenship. What does it mean to be an American, the latitude and longitude of your mother's womb as she's giving birth? Please, f*ck that. No wonder why all the kids from our FOB immigrants don't consider themselves "Americans" (and quite frankly I don't consider them to be either). If something is so easy to get, you don't value it.
Did not say I was against changing it. Just posted that he can't do it.

I think I'm ok with all laws or policies the judiciary justified or created with the 14th amendment going away basically.

Yeah, I know, they are taking those plum jobs away from American workers, like lawn maintenance, roofing, and all those other cushy jobs, working in the broiling sun all day long.

Hell, we can't even get American workers to show up in air conditioned workplaces. Fat chance they will want any job that actually requires WORK ! We are the laziest, most spoiled people on the planet, and yet some people think these folks are taking their jobs.

If you want them, go apply. Bet you change your tune by lunchtime .

So you admit you are anti-American and anti-working class. You could make your fallacious argument that any Americans should be replaced by illegals, Drs., lawyers, STEM workers etc. And the problem with illegals isn't just taking jobs and crime, although those are problems.

Not “fight.” “Win.” Which is what will happen, unless the Supremes decide to be refuse cert. Which they will. Even this conservative majority is not going to argue with the plain language of the 14th Amendment.
