Yes ego is okay if it's closely matched with ability. But in Trump's case he has a monumental ego and zero ability. Not a good match.

Yep, that's it, but the deranged are further losing their minds over this.
That pause and glance towards the heavens was for effect?

He’s a goof ball.

I think that I understand liberals but even I am surprised they are still worked up over this joke by Trump.

I do not think the Orange Man was joking. He thinks he is god-like!

Actually, he is a nasty, evil child.

I think you underestimate how many sheep there are in this country (human voters who can be easily manipulated/led) and the effect that a continual, pounding demonization of Trump by the media will have on those voters in 2020.

I'm not a Trump supporter, nor a Republican, nor a Democrat. I think what you bolded describes the Trump supporters responsible for the thin margin in the Rust Belt states in 2016, but I don't think it describes Trump supporters in general.

I think, in general, most of the people who are sheep are going to go along with the dominant media narrative, and I think that narrative will be successful. I think whoever is nominated by the D's will beat Trump in the general in 2020.

Sounds reasonable enough. Though I might give the voters a little more credit to think for themselves.
