Sounds like what they did with "bump stocks." And look where that led.

Thanks, Trump.

Stop the hand-wringing. Never gonna happen. Never.

As pointed out. Any rifle can be a "sniper" rifle.

Fear mongering at it's worst, right here.

Sure you can. Our education system did that a long time ago--skill and intellect. It's not fair to the slow children. Of course, that is another topic.

As far as "Sniper Rifle"... yeah, that could be an old M1892 Springfield (30-40 Krag) from the 1890s with the flip-up "tower" long range sights. Very accurate "sniper rifle" in the right hands.

No, they don't. If they are laws in this country, they are by definition NOT in defiance of the Constitution.

They might be in defiance of your interpretation of the Constitution, sure. That's not at all the same thing.

Has the Supreme Court ever overturned a law because it was unconstitutional?

I know the lower courts have so I would imagine they have as well, but I don't remember a specific instance. They should have overturned Obamacare, but Roberts said he wouldn't do his job, just well, just because. Feelings and stuff ya know.

All gun laws are infringements.

Natural law > Constitution
