A new report from the nonpartisan non-profit Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) shows that President Trump has more than 2,300 conflicts of interest since hes taken office and counting. The conflicts stem from the presidents ties to his businesses, despite his claim that he divested when he took office.

According to the study, the president has created an environment where the actions of his administration, and those trying to influence it, can benefit the globe-spanning real-estate and branding empire that he still profits from. The report highlights over 2,300 specific conflicts of interest, but makes a point to note that the conflicts of interest that Trump has created are at some level immeasurable.

What's sad is that you guys don't know that the president cannot have a conflict of interest.

The emoluments case against Trump is still under way, although it appears that won't be decided any time soon.

Well.....he does.

Over 2,000 of them.

Normally a president would divest themselves from all business conflicts prior to taking office; the current one has not.

No he doesn't, because the President cannot have a conflict of interest.

Do tell, what is the basis for your assertion?

Back in the late 1980's Congress passed legislation stating that the president, and vice president cannot have a conflict of interest.

So as a matter of law, the president cannot have a conflict of interest. Despite this fact, the notorious left wing activist group CREW, is making this completely false claim.

This is certainly the beginning of the end for the Trump Administration. Hell never make it to his second year in office...

Who knew that all of those on our ever-bulging welfare rolls (the Democrat base) were so well-educated? The things you learn on CD!

Beyond that, good luck with with those "conflicts of interest." I see the desperate left is really scraping the bottom of the barrel, since nothing else has worked.

Liberal clowns are so amusing!
