Office Politics has absolutely NOTHING to do with politics. It's a reference to the politics between people working in the office. Office politics at IBM is just at IBM, or between their vendors and or contractors.

- Take a horrible manager/VP/Pres (whatever) that everyone hates. They all talk about him/her/it behind his/her/its back.
- Another example would be the corporate chain. Someone has an idea, they have to sell it, if approved it can to be "run up the ladder" then sent to legal, then back down the ladder, then tweaked, only to start the cycle all over again.

THAT is what office politics are.

They don't care really. The TDS crowd are happy to hate something like a tribe. They thrive on mutual anger.

What part of the whole concept do you not understand?

So what that it didn't say all men? It also didn't say SOME men.

And again - and for the last damn time - the entire concept of toxic masculinity IS ABOUT ALL MEN.

Stop acting like you have millions of shares of stock that you're worried about. You don't have a problem with it and that's fine. But stop arguing with those of us who do.

Specifically, race. They certainly wanted to make sure all those in the commercials sexually harassing were white.

They never had my business to begin with. I use a electric razor, but when the times comes for a non-electric, Gillette ain't gonna be it.

The commercial was a complete failure. It did nothing to promote dialogue, it simply slammed men.

And if any other group had been targeted, the SJW's who thought this up and those who are defending it, would be screaming about it.
Just look at the forum and you'll see it. They make vague attempts if not full on attempts to take the country back. Apparently America is supposed to be a country of white males. I'm white male and realize that it is just plain stupid. America since the 1780's has always been a melting pot of races, religions and genders.
