Military, because if we didn't have a military Mexico and at least a 100 other countries would take us over. Besides the military can provide law enforcement and healthcare.

The federal government has no authority to administrate or fund education. That's each respective state's responsibility.

Military.

Our governments main purpose is to protect our borders, sovereignty and from foreign forces. We should be able to police ourselves and live with freedom and liberty.
