I should say neither, but for biased reasons, the military. I work at a company that does contract work with the military, so some of my tax money comes back to me.

How about roads, bridges, food safety, airline safety, education.

The rest is superfluous.

Federal taxes? Only the military. It's the only one of the choices that is enumerated in Article 1 Section 8 of the US Constitution.
