We live in a sick society. It's a good thing these people are stupid enough to announce their plans in advance. Otherwise a lot more of these plots would succeed.

There is really nothing political about mental health problems, mass shootings, etc. I think everyone can agree that we are better off preventing mass shootings.

One arrested this week for threats of a mass shooting was a 16 year old girl.

I would have preferred to post this in the Current Events forum but the moderator would have just deleted it since it involves guns. So there really was no other place to post but here.

Well, a big shout-out to the cops and Good Samaritans for helping get these would-be mass shooters arrested!

No words. Only in America. There are travel advisories for those coming here to visit. How did this country ever get to this point. It is disgusting.

I'm from Canada, and every time I came to visit the U.S I would feel like I was taking a risk. Now that I live here, I still feel like I'm taking a risk raising my kids here.....them going to school, going into crowded areas, etc.

300 plus million people. Every Nation with a lot of people has people problems.

Do what you can and avoid areas of high crime. People today are spoiled. Talk to some refugees if you want to see what a Country that sucks is like.

I live within sight of theMexican Border. I have no gun and don’t need one. Biggest threat around here is armed lunatic vigilantes. Almost half of the population live in fear of the rest and are dangerous armed to the teeth as they are.
