I think she should resign now. I don't think she's capable on being on the court. I would like to see another Trump nominee on the court.

She had an 8 year windown during the Obama administration to resign and get a liberal successor such as Merrick Garland on the court.

Well, it's not up to you is it?

I guess it's a good thing she didn't resign during Obama's term because you see how well Merrick Garland worked out. He's not liberal either. He's as middle of the road as you can get.

Not picked, groomed and chosen by the 'federalist society" who has an extreme agenda if there ever was one.

She’s been incoherent for a while now, almost always being represented by spokespeople. It is really time for her to retire and spend the last years with loved ones. Personally I think she feels guilty for not retiring during the Obama administration and will hang in there till the end.

I admire her dedication and hope she can hang on until the orange moron is out of office.

Hoping for a justice that will say borders are unconstitutional.

On the contentious issues that people are fighting over, Garland is a rank and file judicial leftist. He wouldn't vote to strike down any gun regulation, to authorize abortion restrictions, or to allow the restriction of any other hot button social item.
